FITNESS PROGRAMMING SPECIALIST

 

Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration and is recently started studying for his MBA. He is a Personal Fitness Trainer, certified by the American Council on Exercise, and has over 17 years of Personal Training experience. He specializes in significant weight loss for his clients through his highly effective Boot Camp and Personal Training sessions.

 

Jeff Participates in continuous education courses to stay informed on emerging health trends and evolving fitness principles. He has written and published several articles on fitness, nutrition and wellness. He is committed to challenging clients physically, stimulating them mentally, and leaving them feeling energized and more confident in their personal health and appearance.
