Campers will need to have the following when camp begins:

About Your Boot Camp: Your Boot Camp will consist of up to 20

High Intensity/Fat Burning sessions, held over the course of 

four weeks. By participating in the Boot Camp’s 45 

minute sessions each week(at least 3 classes a week is reccommended,)

you will propel your body and 

mind into a powerful fitness routine. 

 

MORE THAN 25 CLASSES A WEEK- ATTEND AS MANY AS YOU LIKE!

 

Benefits: Each Boot Camp session incorporates 

comprehensive cardiovascular and strength training with a 

variety of exercises that will accelerate your fat burning while 

keeping you committed and enthusiastic. Through effective 

weight and resistance training, we will increase your strength, muscle mass and  

improve the rate and function of your metabolism, and 

improve the overall functions of your heart and lungs.

 

Awards: It goes without saying, that the award for committing to

your health and fitness is that you will LOOK & FEEL BETTER, but we have

integrated another prize to motivate you. After your 4 weeks, we will

AWARD two campers with a second Boot Camp at HALF PRICE. One

award for “most pounds lost” and another for “highest percentage of fat lost”.

Our goal is to encourage you to impress yourself and to seek to be healthier

and more fit than ever before.
