The Future of Your Fitness


Hello fitness family! this my first post on my new blog! I want to welcome you to a forum for dialouge about health and wellness. Wasting no, time let's jump right in and discuss a few basic wellness tips.

1- perform some type of physical activity that works your major muscles groups(legs, back, chest) for at least 30 minutes, 4-6 day a week.

2- reduce and eventually remove added sugar from your diet. There is enough hidden sugar in food, that adding extra is not necessary, and is detrimental to your health and wellness.

3- Make a decision to be more healthy and include your family and love ones too.

begin gradually with simple basic movements like traveling squats.
